A Legacy Defined: Mililani
Hawai'i's first fee-simple master-planned community will remain a Castle & Cooke legacy for generations. The first homes were offered in 1968. The year that Mililani turned 40 Castle & Cooke marked a significant milestone. The last residential home was delivered in November 2008 to a young family purchasing their first home. During these four decades Castle & Cooke delivered 16,000 homes, numerous shopping centers, recreational facilities and parks.
Mililani is a thriving community that more than 50,000 people call home. From tree-lined streets and lush landscaping to the expansive range of homes, each facet of the community complements the others with style and grace that is uniquely Mililani.
An added benefit to living in Mililani is the Mililani Town Association (MTA). Handling everything from the maintenance of common areas and operation of community facilities to the supervision of design covenants, the MTA serves the residents of Mililani and helps maintain a quality, family-oriented community.
The Commercial Real Estate Development Association named Castle & Cooke Hawai'i as the recipient of the 2010 NAIOP Ku Ho'okela Award as the Developer of the Year.
Current planning is underway for the master-planned community, Koa Ridge in central Oahu.
